As we welcome our 16th cohort, your support of the RBS Road to Wall Street (RTWS) Program directly expands access and opportunity for our students. Recruiting for competitive finance internships now begins as early as sophomore year. Without early preparation and mentorship, many talented students are left behind before they even begin. Your gift ensures they are ready. Donor support funds the technical training, interview preparation, alumni mentorship, and networking opportunities that prepare students to compete at the highest level. It also provides travel assistance and scholarships for students with demonstrated financial need, helping remove financial barriers to participation. Because of your generosity, RTWS students enter recruiting confident, technically prepared, and supported by a powerful alumni network. Every contribution strengthens the pipeline and directly impacts the next generation of Rutgers leaders on Wall Street and beyond.
