Our mission is to deliver health equity solutions locally and around the world. By bridging Rutgers’ diverse strengths, we advance collaborative research, build community-driven partnerships, and expand global health education across fields and professions.

Funds contributed to the Rutgers Global Health Institute Program Fund will directly fund our programs and key impact areas. These include:

• Our work in child health and nutrition (Healthy Children, Thriving Communities)
• Our infectious disease solutions initiatives
• Our Resilient New Jersey program

Examples of Impact:

• $250 helps provide educational materials and support for small business workshops or multilingual pamphlets and communications materials for our Resilient New Jersey program.
• $500 can secure a distinguished faculty speaker for our Global Health Seminar Series or enable us to conduct local health fairs for non-English-speaking communities in New Jersey.
• $1000 supports community-based health initiatives addressing child health and infectious disease prevention.
• $2,500 helps expand our signature initiatives, including: Healthy Children, Thriving Communities and Infectious Disease Solutions, allowing us to deepen community partnerships and scale proven interventions.
• $5000+ helps accelerate high-impact global and local health equity initiatives and strengthen cross-sectors partnerships.
