Rutgers Future Scholars General Support Fund

Every year, the Rutgers Future Scholars program provides 200 first-generation, low-income, and academically-talented middle school students from New Brunswick, Piscataway, Camden, and Newark the opportunity to start their journey to a college education.

Qualifying students attend university programs and events, and receive support and mentoring that continues through their high school years and into college. Students who successfully complete the five-year program receive full tuition funding to Rutgers—made possible by generous gifts from alumni, family members, friends, corporations, and philanthropic foundations.
