Donations made to the Rutgers Center for Security, Race, and Rights support programs across the Center, including:

  • Research, education, and advocacy on law and policy affecting the civil and human rights of America’s diverse Muslim, Arab, and South Asian communities.
  • The Bassem and Muna Hishmeh Endowed Student Fellow for Palestine, which provides an annual stipend for a law student fellow who will research, write, and connect with community leaders about law and policy affecting Palestinians and Palestine.
  • The Humanizing Palestine Program Endowment, which supports Palestine-related research, public education, and advocacy in a manner that centers the experiences, cultures, and perspectives of Palestinians.
