Promoting Electric Propulsion (PEP) is a Rutgers student organization established to give aspiring engineers and business majors the opportunity to collaborate on an engineering-centered project: building a manned electric-boat to race in competition. Competitions, held annually by American Society of Naval Engineers, offers students from universities nationwide a space to showcase their skills and knowledge.
