Walter and Leah Rand Awards and Scholarship Gift-Hillary Project

The Hillary Project is an effort to honor the memory of nurse Hillary Herskowitz, a Rutgers University School of Nursing alumnus who tragically passed away due to burnout during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Walter Rand Institute at Rutgers, Camden (WRI) is supporting the Project by conducting research to address burnout in the nursing workforce. This is a unique opportunity to serve Rutgers University School of Nursing-Camden and WRI in furthering additional research and using it to maintain and potentially develop new curriculum and resources, as well as strengthen the pipeline of mentally and physically healthy and resilient School of Nursing-Camden alumni nurses that serve our regional communities.
