Rutgers Figure Skating Club

The Rutgers University Figure Skating Club is a part of the United States Figure Skating Association’s collegiate competition program, and we are currently ranked 10th out of 24 universities in the Northeast Conference. Our team participates in various disciplines, including singles, free dance, pattern dance, and team maneuvers. This season, we have over 50 members on our team and are looking to fundraise to reduce our competition and travel costs. Please consider donating to our team. Thank you in advance for your support!

Commitment to our sport comes with significant expenses, and we want to ensure that all RUFSC athletes can participate in what they love without incurring financial burdens. RUFSC is a self-funded organization, and we cover all club expenses through fundraisers and membership dues. The money raised will fund our travel expenses, hotel fees, ice contract, and professional coaching. See how your contributions can benefit our skaters below:

  • $10 = Equipment maintenance for one skater (skate sharpening, etc.)
  • $25 = 1 hour of practice ice for one skater
  • $50 = 1 new RUFSC member’s team jacket
  • $75 = 1 competition registration fee for one skater
  • $150 = 1 RUFSC member’s club dues for one semester
  • $250 = 1 night in a hotel room for four skaters at competitions
