Created by students and alumni within the School of Engineering to recognize Dean Ilene Rosen's long-term dedication to the Rutgers Society of Hispanic Engineers, the Dr. Ilene Rosen Endowed Scholarship Fund supports undergraduate students who have a demonstrated commitment to community service, focused on the pursuit of higher education, and who display outstanding organizational and leadership qualities.
