The Collaborative Center for Community Engagement connects with over 9100 people and contributes over 8200 hours of engagement within the community through on and off-campus events and site placements each year. The Collaborative offers a variety of ways for the Rutgers community (students, faculty and staff) and the general public to engage in the surrounding community to make a difference through education and action. All donations to the Collaborative Engagement Leadership Support Funds are used to make participation in engagement more accessible for all students by providing money for transportation to sites; to give mini-grants to local New Brunswick/Piscataway organizations to support their community engagement initiatives; and, to support students in attending conferences to present their community engaged research on a regional and national level.
Please help support the Collaborative Center in its mission to connect the Rutgers campus to our local communities and affect positive change.
