The Rutgers Center for Minority Serving Institutions (CMSI), housed within the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Institute for Leadership, Equity, and Justice at the Rutgers Graduate School of Education, serves as a central hub for research, data, best practices, emerging innovations, and ideas related to Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs). CMSI is dedicated to elevating the work of MSIs and ensuring that these institutions have the resources and knowledge necessary to thrive. With your support, CMSI is able to create a space where scholars, practitioners, and community leaders can collaborate to identify the strengths of MSIs, amplify successful practices, and develop innovative solutions to the challenges these institutions encounter.
