The David S. & Dorothy B. Chen Endowed Scholarship at Rutgers University supports students studying Industrial Engineering who may experience an unexpected hardship or have unplanned financial need during their academic careers. The scholarship was created over 30 years ago by brothers Roy and Troy Chen in honor of their parents, David and Dorothy, who worked hard to ensure that their sons could attain the college degrees they themselves never received.
