Unexpected hardship may strike at any time. Medical emergencies, death of a loved one, sudden housing loss, and countless other events may prevent a student from completing their education. Your gift enables the Rutgers School of Public Health to quickly respond to these crises and support students in their moments of need.
As part of Rutgers Giving Days (March 12-13, 2025) an anonymous donor will match the first $1,000 received.
The Chan and Liston Families Student Emergency Fund provides critical support to Rutgers School of Public Health students facing unexpected financial hardships, such as medical emergencies, housing crises, or other urgent needs that could disrupt their education. This fund ensures students can remain focused on their studies without the burden of unforeseen expenses.
