"I had the incredible opportunity to complete an externship with the Delaware Center for Justice," said Eva Maria Hernandez DRC'25, who completed the immersive job shadowing experience through Douglass' Reilly BOLD Program. "I gained valuable hands-on experience in restorative justice and learned so much from the team."

The BOLD Career Center for Leadership, Career, and Personal Development at Douglass offers transformative programs in leadership development, mentorship, career readiness, and personal growth, with results that speak for themselves: DRC externs are more likely to secure 2 or more internships by graduation, a significant indicator of post-graduation success; 94% of externship survey respondents believed their externship will help them land an internship; and 88% of Douglass grads reported positive career outcomes within 6 months of graduation.

BOLD's comprehensive programming includes The Reilly BOLD Externship Program, programs in public policy, politics, and law, peer-to-peer and student-alumni mentoring, career resources and networking opportunities, all designed to ensure Douglass students thrive at Douglass and beyond.
