The Alison R. Bernstein Media Mentoring Program at the Institute for Women’s Leadership (IWL) links recent Rutgers alumni with accomplished professionals in media. This year long program provides participants, who are in the early stages of their careers, one-on-one mentoring, skills development workshops, networking opportunities, and industry insights.
