The 1979 Legacy Scholarship Endowment was established by the women initiated through the Xi Nu Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., chartered in 1979, as a meaningful way to give back to Rutgers University. This fund reflects gratitude for the campus that shaped us and our commitment to supporting the next generation. The scholarship provides support to undergraduate and graduate students who demonstrate academic merit, with preference given to fraternity and sorority members of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC).
